New Platinums
6 Qs + 60,000 Ruby PV (45,000 Ruby PV for Australia & New Zealand) in the period of January to August 2023
OR
8 Qs in the period of January to August 2023 for New Higher Awards Founders Platinums, Sapphire, Founders Sapphire, Emerald+.

Achieve this new level in any of the ways currently valid with the Amway Sales & Marketing Plan.

Qualification Criteria

1. IBOs achieving the new highest level in the Performance Year 2023 (PY23) will qualify for this program. Are all new highest levels achieved in the PY23 included?

New Platinum¹, new Founders Platinum, new Sapphire, new Founder Sapphire, new Emerald and above new highest levels achieved in PY23 are considered for this program. (includes all new higher levels including GAR qualifiers)
New Ruby, new Founders Ruby in PY23 are excluded.
Requalified Diamond and above in PY23 will have the option to “buy in package” if they wish to attend to support their downlines.

¹Note that qualifying as a new Platinum in PY23 does not automatically mean qualification for the Program. Please refer to Question 2 for more details.

2. Does a new Platinum in PY23 need to do anything additional or is qualifying as a new Platinum is enough?

There are 2 options for new Platinum in PY23 to qualify for this program.

Option 1: A new Platinum in PY23 needs to have 6 Qualified (Q) months in the period of January to August 2023 with 60,000 Ruby PV (45,000 Ruby PV for Australia and New Zealand) in the same period.

Option 2: A new Platinum in PY23 needs to have 8 Q months in the period of January to August 2023.

3. There will be new Platinums who will qualify at new levels in the period of September through December 2022. Are those new Platinums qualified for the program? Can they count Ruby Volume and Qualified months from this period or only volume and Q months in the period of January to August 2023 count for this program?

New Platinums in PY23 are not automatically qualified for this Program. They need to qualify under one of 2 options available for new Platinums. For details see Question 2.

4. I qualified as a new Platinum in September 2022. What do I need to achieve to qualify for the incentive?

You have 2 options available. For details see Question 2.

5. If an IBO started his Platinum qualification in the PY22 and qualified for new Platinum in PY23 can he qualify for this Program with 60,000 Ruby Volume (45,000 Ruby PV for Australia and New Zealand) from January to August 2023?

Yes, if this IBO will achieve one of 2 options available for new Platinums in PY23. For details see Question 2 as well as different scenarios in Question 6 to Question 9.
