Independent Business Owners can collect online orders from our Auckland location. This expansion of our services provides more convenience and seamless access to your orders from an additional location.

Pick-up times: 7am – 1pm same day.
Note: Orders placed after 12pm will be ready for collection the following business day.
Days: Monday to Friday. (Excluding Public Holidays)
How does online Click and Collect order work?
- Select your Amway products online and add them to your cart.
- When you proceed to checkout, choose:
- Click and Collect
- Await confirmation that your order is ready via email.
- When collecting your order, make sure you bring along
- A copy of your confirmation email
- Valid photo ID, e.g. Driver’s licence, passport, student ID, etc.
- You will be required to sign for your order at the time of collection.
FAQs
Is there a fee for the online order pick-up service?
There is no additional fee for Pick Up or Click and Collect orders.
When will my order be available?
We offer same-day order collection at our Auckland Warehouse Click and Collect location for orders placed before 12pm.
Can I return an item at an order pick-up facility?
No, we do not process refunds at order pick-up facilities. Please refer to our returns T&Cs here.
How long do you hold orders at pick-up locations?
All orders are subject to a 48-hour holding period. After 48 hours your order will be refunded (excluding registration orders).
